The Victory VAP Elite is an ultra-small diameter, thick-walled carbon arrow built for increased penetration. It features carbon composite construction with Victory's ICE coating for a smooth, polished finish and is spine indexed. Straightness tolerance is +/-.001" and weight tolerance is +/- 0.5 gr. Each arrow ships at 31" with 2 in. Bohning Blazer vanes installed and includes nocks and inserts.
