Most orders ship from Pennsylvania by UPS, usually within 1 to 2 business days. Here's how tracking works, how long it typically takes, and what to do if something arrives wrong.
Tracking
Your order confirmation email from Shopify contains an order status link. Tracking itself arrives by email once the carrier scans the package, so it may not show up the moment your order ships. If you never received the confirmation email, check your spam folder first, then contact support if it still isn't there.
How long it takes
Dispatch is typically 1 to 2 business days from Pennsylvania by UPS. Transit is typically 2 to 6 business days in the contiguous United States. These are estimates, not promises, and Alaska, Hawaii, and territories may take longer.
