The Victory VAP Elite is an ultra-small diameter carbon arrow designed for accuracy and increased penetration, sold in a 6-pack factory fletched with Bohning Blazer vanes. The 250 spine version is 31 in. long and weighs 9.8 GPI, with a straightness tolerance of +/- .001 in. and a weight tolerance of +/- 0.5 grains.
