These Terms of Service govern your use of the Point Blank Archery website and any purchase made through the store. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Using the Site
Use the site lawfully and do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or misuse content, checkout, or support features.
Sale Terms
Products are sold for personal use unless we agree otherwise. Product descriptions, images, specifications, and other details are provided to help you choose an item, but small differences may occur between a listing and the manufacturer’s current product presentation.
Pricing and Availability
We work to keep prices, product information, and availability accurate. Errors may occur. We may correct an error, update information, limit quantities, or remove a product without notice. The price shown at checkout is the price presented for that order before payment is completed, subject to correction of an obvious error.
Orders, Acceptance, and Cancellation
Submitting an order is a request to buy, not a guarantee that the order will be accepted. We may accept, limit, refuse, or cancel an order before payment is completed when an item is unavailable, information is incorrect, fraud or misuse is suspected, or a product restriction applies. If we cancel after a payment authorization, the authorization will be released or the payment will be refunded as applicable.
Payment and Checkout
Checkout is hosted by Shopify. Shopify processes payment and order information under its own terms and privacy practices. Point Blank Archery does not receive your full card number through the site.
Shipping and Returns
Shipping is governed by the Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by the Returns & Refunds Policy. Those policies are part of these Terms of Service by reference.
Restricted Products
Some items have age, destination, or carrier restrictions. We may refuse or cancel an order for a restricted item before payment is completed if the order cannot be shipped or sold lawfully or safely.
Warranty
Manufacturer warranty terms apply where a product has a manufacturer warranty. See the Warranty Policy for how to start a claim.
Content and Intellectual Property
Site text, graphics, logos, and other content belong to Point Blank Archery or the party that licensed them. You may view the site for personal shopping and informational use, but you may not copy, republish, or commercially reuse site content without permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent allowed by law, Point Blank Archery is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the site or an order. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for a claim tied to an order will not exceed the amount paid for the product that gave rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Governing Law
Florida law governs these terms and disputes arising from the site or an order, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms when our practices or legal obligations change. The effective date above identifies the version that applies to this page.
