Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery when they are unopened and in brand-new condition. Email [email protected] with your order number to start a return.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unopened and in brand-new condition.

How to Start a Return

Email [email protected] with your order number and a description of the item you want to return. We will confirm whether the item is eligible and provide return instructions.

Return Shipping

You pay return shipping. We pay return shipping only when the item is defective or the mistake is ours.

Refunds

A refund is issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and its condition is confirmed.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

Custom-built items, cut strings and cables, opened items, and items marked final sale are not eligible for return unless the item is defective or the mistake is ours.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, email [email protected] with your order number and photos of the item and packaging.
