Custom Arrow Builder at Point Blank Archery
Point Blank Archery's Custom Arrow Builder prepares an email request for staff review before work begins. It does not place an order or take payment. Assembly is $7 per arrow. Shafts and components cost extra. Lower-48 arrow-tube shipping is $30 per started dozen. Parts, shipping, and applicable tax are shown separately.

Shipping is $30 per started dozen for Lower-48 arrow-tube delivery: 1–12 arrows $30; 13–24 arrows $60. Other destinations need a separate quote. This custom-build guidance does not replace the store Shipping Policy. Applicable tax is calculated separately on the Shopify invoice sent after staff accepts the build.JavaScript is needed to prepare the summary. To request staff review without the planner, email Point Blank Archery with your arrow details. Staff reviews every build before work begins. If you send your own parts, wait for staff to accept the build and tell you where to send them.
Staff reviews every build before work begins. Emailing your summary asks staff to review fit and complete specifications. This planner creates no order and takes no payment. If staff accepts the build, payment follows a Shopify invoice listing the agreed parts, assembly, shipping, and applicable tax. What goes into a build
Choose a shaft, then specify the parts: insert or outsert, point, nock, fletching, and wrap. Point Blank assembles the parts purchased for an accepted build. Customers may also supply their own shafts and components. Wait for staff to accept the build and provide receiving instructions before mailing any parts.
Point Blank builds carbon, wood, and aluminum arrows and can remove factory fletching before rebuilding. If a shaft, nock, insert, point, or fletching combination is uncertain, stop before cutting and ask for help. Point Blank does not choose spine for the customer.
For a general look at fletching setup, see the official October Mountain Products overview of the Phoenix Fletching Jig. The video describes the jig, not fit between a particular shaft and component.
Confirm the shaft and fit
Point Blank does not choose spine. The Choosing arrows and shafts guide covers spine stiffness, GPI, straightness, and the fit of points, inserts, and nocks to a shaft family.
Use the exact shaft maker's chart for your bow, draw weight, finished arrow length, and point weight; do not transfer a spine value from another shaft model. If you are unsure how to apply the chart or check compatibility, select help below before choosing a specification.
For cut length, measure the finished shaft the way its manufacturer specifies. The form asks for carbon end to carbon end where that convention applies; use the maker's instructions for wood and aluminum. Select help if you are not sure.
Shop arrows and components
Browse the live arrow department for shafts, complete arrows, and parts. Product package quantity is separate from the number of arrows you want built. Check the listing's package details; do not assume a pack of shafts equals one arrow in the build quantity.
Build fee, parts, and shipping
Assembly is $7 per arrow. Lower-48 arrow-tube shipping is $30 per started dozen. For example, 6 arrows are $42 in assembly plus $30 shipping ($72 before parts and applicable tax); 12 arrows are $114 before parts and tax; 13 are $151; and 24 are $228. Shaft and component prices are separate. After staff accepts the build, applicable tax is shown separately on the Shopify invoice. Destinations outside the Lower 48 need a separate shipping quote. This custom-build guidance does not replace the store Shipping Policy.
Staff reviews unresolved specifications or part fit before accepting the build. If you supply your own parts, do not mail them until staff accepts the build and provides receiving instructions.
How do I request a custom arrow build from Point Blank Archery?
- Choose shafts and components to purchase, or list parts you will supply, then enter arrow specifications.
- Email the prepared summary to request a staff review. Staff checks the specs and component fit before accepting the build.
- After acceptance, follow the Shopify invoice for payment. If you supply parts, wait for staff to confirm the receiving instructions before mailing them.
Rebuilding factory-fletched arrows
Yes. Select the option to remove factory fletching. Ask for help if you are unsure whether a shaft or component can be reused.
Choosing spine and finished length
Use the exact shaft maker's chart for your bow and setup. Point Blank does not choose spine. Measure length using that shaft maker's instructions; if you are uncertain, request help before the shaft is cut.
Product package count and arrow build count
Product package quantity is separate from arrow build quantity. Check each listing's package details and select the actual package count needed. Ask for a fit review when part compatibility or quantity is unclear.
Review after requesting a build
Specifications or uncertain part fit may be held for staff review. Accepted customer-supplied parts should be sent only after staff confirms the build. A complete request is still reviewed by a person before work begins.
For help with a shaft, measurement, or part fit, email Point Blank Archery before choosing a specification you are unsure about.
