The Bohning Alpha Vane in American Flag color is a shield-cut fletching vane available in a 100-pack. Each vane measures 71.1 mm (2.8 in) in length and 11.4 mm (0.45 in) in height, with an individual weight of 8.5 grains. Bohning makes this vane from AR1250, which they describe as their stiffest and lightest compound vane material. The shield profile uses a Torque Apex to manage rotational balance; the tail is shaped to cut down flutter. Bohning pre-primes each vane, so no additional cleaning or pen-primer step is needed. Use BlazerBond or Fletch Fuse adhesive — AR1250 is not compatible with solvent-based glues. Check fit for your specific arrow shaft. Shop all arrows and fletching at Point Blank.
