Description
The Victory VAP Elite is an ultra-small diameter carbon arrow shaft in spine 250, part of the Armour Piercing line built for increased penetration. At 9.8 GPI and 31" long, the shaft has Victory's ICE coating and a straightness tolerance of ±.001". Spine-indexed construction and a weight tolerance of ±0.5 grains are listed in the specs.
