The Victory RIP XV Elite is a small-diameter arrow for shooters who want flat trajectory and long-range performance. The smaller diameter provides a flatter trajectory, and the Victory ICE coating makes for easier arrow removal from targets. Each shaft in the 400 spine weighs 5.9 GPI on a 31 in.
