The Victory HLR Elite is a small-diameter carbon arrow built for bowhunters who need a tight-tolerance, high-consistency shaft. The 400-spine version has a.204-inch inside diameter, 0.254-inch OD, 31-inch length, and weighs 6.9 GPI. It is built with 1.5K Carbon Weave MaxxKe Technology, digitally spine-aligned, hand fletched, and weight-matched within ±0.5 grains per dozen. A nano ceramic coating is applied to the shaft, and the included 50-grain SHOK insert adds forward weight. Straightness tolerance is ±.001 inch. Nocks are included.
