Victory Black Fusion is a high-viscosity, rubber-toughened adhesive for bonding inserts and components to carbon and aluminum arrow shafts. The formula's rubber particles produce a cured bond that stays elastic rather than brittle, holding through repeated high-impact shots. Gap-fill capacity is 0.008 in., set time is 90 seconds maximum, and rated bond strength is 3,700 psi. Victory describes it as military grade and shock resistant. Sold in a 1 oz bottle.
