Trueflight's Shield Cut Feather is a 4 in. Turkey feather fletching for archers re-fletching their own shafts. At 9/16 in. Tall and 2.3 grains, the shield cut geometry carries more surface area than a parabolic cut — the manufacturer says this adds a touch of stability in flight. Each quill arrives pre-ground to a uniform profile for repeatable fletching results. These are first-quality dyed turkey feathers made in the USA.
