The Carbon Express Type 2 Insert is an aluminum arrow insert for carbon shafts requiring a.244-inch inner diameter. At 11 grains each, the inserts have a knurled exterior that increases surface area to help glue bond. Two engraved rings on the body identify the Type 2 designation.
