The Black Eagle Outlaw is a carbon arrow built around the 19 Series shaft and aimed at hunters who want a.005" straightness tolerance in an affordable carbon arrow. This 350-spine version weighs 8.6 GPI and is 32" long, factory fletched with 2" Bohning Blazer vanes. Weight tolerance is +/- 2 gr., and each arrow ships with nocks and inserts included.
