The BCY 452Xtra Bowstring Material Green/Black 1/4 lb.. BCY 452Xtra bowstring material is a 67% SK75 Dyneema / 33% Vectran blend built on a patented construction. Here you are buying Green/Black in a dual-color configuration, packaged on a 1/4 lb spool. The composition produces zero creep and BCY rates it as completely stable. At roughly 8,800 feet per waxed pound, a 1/4 lb spool yields material for several strings. BCY's recommendation is 20 to 24 strands when building for compound bows. 452Xtra is made in the USA.
