BCY B55 is a string-building material for recurves, traditional bows, older compounds, and crossbows — specifically bows that do not have reinforced limb tips. Made from 100% polyester, it stretches less and outlasts standard Dacron while remaining limb-tip safe. The 1/4 lb Black spool holds approximately 1,100 ft; BCY recommends 12 to 16 strands for recurve builds. Only solid colors are available.
